Probably one of my favorites, and one of the only times I’ve ever drawn a face. I don’t like drawing humans, I see them everyday

Trees are pretty much the longest-lived organisms on earth, routinely living decades and even millenia. Alongside Fungus, trees form nutrient highways below ground that can stretch for miles. These allow them to share resources with their children, poison hostile weeds, and communicate a rich variety of messages amongst themselves.

Next time you see a tree, give that sucker a hug
